شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Compensation and benefits to join our Human resources team
 
Responsibilities
 
-Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, updating internal databases and orienting new employees
-Preparing and managing personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations
-Preparing personnel information,part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries
-Calculate the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives) 
-Responsible for response to employee queries
-Familiar with the rules of insurance and payroll system 
-Juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner -Coordinating administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and pay-slips, … 
-Checking the status of personnel loans and other perks in HR- Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers 
-Coordinating with team leaders and preparing reports for individuals

 

 Requirements
-Having enough knowledge in compensation & benefit activities 
-Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines 
-Being responsible and committed 
-Sufficient people skills to interact with staff, colleagues 
-The flexibility and willingness to learn 
-experience in administrative and payroll roles
-Expert in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and Word
-Familiarity with written and spoken English is a plus 
-High level of confidentiality 
-Able to work under pressure and multitasking with attention to detail
