شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KhaneSarmaye to join our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, which involves finding, evaluating, interviewing, and choosing potential candidates.
2. Create and execute successful methods to find suitable candidates, such as using different job websites, social media channels, and industry networks especially LinkedIn.
3. Work closely with managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
4. Carry out comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' abilities, qualifications, and compatibility with the company culture.
5. Handle multiple job openings at once, ensuring prompt and efficient communication with candidates and managers.
6. Actively establish and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English.
