Karizma Game Studio is a leading mobile game development company, driven by a passion for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences. Our studio is searching for a talented Product Manager (PM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our mobile games. As a PM, you'll be the bridge between creative visions and technical execution, ensuring we deliver high-quality, engaging games that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with game designers, artists, engineers, and other stakeholders within our flat Agile structure (Chapters & Unit Teams) to translate product vision into a clear roadmap and actionable user stories.
- Conduct market research, analyze player data, and identify trends to inform game concepts, features, and prioritization.
- Define product requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for Unit Teams to develop and iterate on.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on user needs and business goals, and ensure effective communication with Unit Teams.
- Champion user experience (UX) by gathering player feedback, conducting user testing, and advocating for a data-driven approach to product improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure a smooth product launch.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the mobile games industry.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Experience with user research methods (surveys, user testing) and a passion for understanding player behavior.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with mobile game analytics platforms a plus.

- Experience working within a flat Agile studio structure.
- A portfolio of prior game projects or a demonstrable passion for mobile gaming.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of mobile game monetization strategies.
