• Translate user research and business goals into functional, and user-friendly UI designs.
• Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the user's needs are at the forefront of every design decision.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, effectively communicating their needs to stakeholders.
• Possess a strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying user pain points and developing creative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, business manager, UX researchers, data analysts) to bring design visions to life.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the design process.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies, continuously improving design practices.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centric designs.
• In-depth understanding of UI design principles and best practices (e.g., user interface (UI) design, interaction design, information architecture).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve user pain points.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals and how design can impact business goals.
• A passion for creating user-centered experiences that are both usable and functional.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
• Experience with design systems and UI libraries a plus.
