Job Title: Senior BI Developer

Location: Yousefabad, Tehran
Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday, on-site
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

As a Senior BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower our decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving improvements across our digital health platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports, and present key findings to the leadership team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI tools and platforms.
  • Monitor and improve existing BI solutions to enhance performance and usability.
  • Lead and mentor junior BI developers and analysts.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
