Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find proper candidate for each job vacancy in collaboration with related manager.
- Coordinating technical and human resources interview sessions with candidates.
- Receiving feedback from technical managers and informing higher managers.
- To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in interview process.
- Receive employment documents from approved candidates.
- Scan and archive employee documents.
- To collaborate in execution of all of Employer Brand Projects including External and Internal Job Fairs for enhancing Brand Image.
- To provide staffing report including Monthly reports, Job offer rejected, Interview history and etc. for Line Manager.
- To use different social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs and collaboration with top ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
- Responsible for accuracy of soft filed information and structured filing of hard and soft copies.
Education:
- BA in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative Area; with experience in working with others.
