استخدام Human Resources Administrator

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Find proper candidate for each job vacancy in collaboration with related manager.
  • Coordinating technical and human resources interview sessions with candidates.
  • Receiving feedback from technical managers and informing higher managers.
  • To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in interview process.
  • Receive employment documents from approved candidates.
  • Scan and archive employee documents.
  • To collaborate in execution of all of Employer Brand Projects including External and Internal Job Fairs for enhancing Brand Image.
  • To provide staffing report including Monthly reports, Job offer rejected, Interview history and etc. for Line Manager.
  • To use different social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs and collaboration with top ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
  • Responsible for accuracy of soft filed information and structured filing of hard and soft copies. 
Education:

  • BA in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related.
Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative Area; with experience in working with others.
