شرح موقعیت شغلی
Job Description
·Carrying out specific projects and research.
·Following up on assigned jobs to team in the CEO absence.
·Provide effective administrative support and back up to the CEO.
·Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, fax, etc.) on behalf of the CEO.
·Dealing with incoming CEO email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager and do necessary action if required.
·Attend CEO‘s meeting & prepare minute of meeting for all meetings.
· Follow up all meetings’ approvals and controlling their implementation in the company.
·Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the CEO.
·Meet with individuals and others on behalf of the CEO to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.
·Organizing meetings and event management as required. Also Co-ordination of agenda papers for managerial level meetings.
·Collecting, checking and analyzing data.
·Personal meets and greet of the corporate visitors including customers and suppliers.
·Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the CEO.
·Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way.
·Provide assistance to the senior managers.
·Extensive follow up on the result of the work assigned to the team or external service providers.
·Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
·Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meeting.
·Support the managing director on any general administrative tasks as well as upcoming projects.
·Collate monthly activity reports from the different division within the company for the executive's review.
Requirements
At least bachelor degree in any field, However
studies in analytical, mathematical, engineering, management or business
related fields will be advantageous.

Previous experience: 5 years of experience as PA, Assistant Manager or Office Manager.
Excellent knowledge of ICDL (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent thinking and problem solving skills
Sense of professional presentation with excellent Farsi written and verbal communication skills.
Energetic, creative, ready to work under pressure and out of formal daily working hours ,honest and trustworthy, initiative , flexibleTraveling traveling may be needed
