Job description

As Digital Marketing Manager in the growth team, you will be leading the whole scope of digital acquisition . You will be responsible for managing an extensive budget, executing and optimizing digital campaigns, closing contracts, and managing external agencies. You will also be challenged to enable new channels across the country to boost user acquisition.

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.


Responsibilities

  • The most important responsibility of the digital marketing manager is to plan and implement various campaigns to reach the number of orders that must be registered every month.
  • Planing and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence across all platforms.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess the results against the goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing cost and performance, based on the data.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
  • Planing, executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimizing user experience.
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.

Skills and Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Digital Marketing Manager and running Digital Campaigns.
  • Expert in Analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, Excel).
  • Experienced in SEO and SEM.
  • Familiar with marketing automation.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with Turkey Digital Marketing ecosystem
