شرح موقعیت شغلی

As Senior Product Manager, you'll bridge Business/Marketing needs with our Tech team, driving product roadmap and its execution. Ensure high-quality, continuous feature deliveries while prioritizing Product Roadmap features, allocating resources, and planning headcount for projects in our social media automation ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product strategy with business goals, market demands, and expansion plans.
  • Create and manage PRDs, User Stories, and roadmaps for services like account automation and growth tools.
  • Lead Agile Scrum processes (sprints, stand-ups, retros) in Jira.
  • Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and optimize resource allocation across SIM-based registrations and platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Marketing, and Business for seamless execution.
  • Forecast headcount needs and support release management via GitLab/Jira.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in product management, ideally in social media/tech startups.
  • Proven Record in delivering End to End Products, From Ideation to Market to Scaling.
  • Proven experience with Agile Framework.
  • Strong in prioritization, stakeholder management, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with our tech stack (Python/Django, NextJS, DevOps tools) and social media APIs/integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teams.
