Here are some of the activities you can expect to be involved in as an employee experience specialist:
- Designing employee experience frameworks.
- Designing approaches to communications that provide an employee voice.
- Designing Job evaluation, grading structures, and equal pay.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team in the talent acquisition process.
- Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys).
- Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience.
- Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being.
- Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand.
- Building a culture of trust.
- Assessing the impact that people's practices and policies have on the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- At least three years of experience working in the human resources field.
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impactful presentation style.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
