شرح موقعیت شغلی


What we're looking for: 




 We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to joining our Product Design team in solving complex design problems, understanding, and refining complex user journeys, and owning a product from beginning to end. You will have the opportunity to help shape a successful user experience division and contribute to the design system.



The role requires love for creating stunning, functional, and simple designs with a product, user, and business-oriented mindset.




 Responsibilities:




 - Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions.



- A solid grasp of User Experience and Visual Design fundamentals



- Define entire user experiences and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototype



- Collaborate with team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution.



- Research and user testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs



- Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features




 Requirements:




- 3+ years of professional experience with digital product design.



- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems.



- A strong understanding of interaction design concepts.



- The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions.



-  An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles.



- Strong visual design skills.



- Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly.



- Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven design decisions.



- Experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator



Desired / Is Plus:



- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English).



- Experience working in a healthcare-related organization



- Experience working in a startup environment.
 
 



Salary:



We pay excellent salaries above the normal market level, and this is always determined based on the candidate’s individual skills and contribution
