We are on the lookout for top talent to be part of this journey. Currently, we are seeking a Scrum Master/PO to join our team for an international client.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices are followed.
- Collaborate as product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
