شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of products from inception to launch. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements, tracking tasks, setting schedules, and identifying project deviations.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain product roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Document product requirements and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery
  • Track tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and address project deviations and roadblocks
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features
Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the blockchain, cryptocurrency and fintech domains is considered an advantage
