We’re hiring an Junior Data Analyst to join our Data team. You will be working closely with the Managers, Marketing Specialists, and product managers, Creating Actionable Dashboards and providing insights into the most important aspects of the business.
Your main Responsibilities will include:
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders by Designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Performing proactive investigations on both internal and external data sources to discover new trends, opportunities, or problems.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific questions or support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerBI, dashboarding, and BI concepts.
- Proficiency in DAX.
- Good Command of SQL.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and different analytical models.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Familiarity with the ETL process.
- Group workability, critical thinking, and a questioning spirit are essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SSRS and SSAS
- Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques (Predictive, Descriptive, Multi-Variate, etc.)
- Marketing knowledge or experience working in the marketing team
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and GA4.
