شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of multiple game projects. You will work closely with our design and production teams to create immersive and engaging experiences. You will also manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, implementing best practices, and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development Unity-based games.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of game development, from concept to deployment.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and Unity.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and product managers to deliver compelling gameplay experiences.
  • Implement game mechanics, features, and user interfaces.
  • Manage and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Optimize games for performance across various platforms (PC, mobile, web).
  • Ensure the integration of Web3 components where needed (wallet integration, NFTs, etc.).
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, working to deliver high-quality bug-free releases.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in game development.
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Unity development.
  • Proven experience leading game development projects, from concept to launch.
  • Proficient in C# programming language.
  • Strong understanding of game physics, rendering, and networking.
  • Experience with multiplayer games, preferably using Photon or similar networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain integration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to deliver on time and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and web-based games.
  • Familiarity with the TON blockchain and Telegram integration.
  • Experience in optimizing games for various platforms.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools and game asset pipelines.
  • Previous experience in hiring and building development teams.
