Pishgaman is Divar's operating company. As a Customer Service Manager, you will have a contract with Divar Company and will be an employee of Divar.

Job description:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the customer services team to align with overall business objectives.
  • Define goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success and improvement within the team.
  •  Planning and leading team operations in order to achieve aggressive SLAs and quality objectives.
  • Optimize contact center processes, such as call routing, queuing, ticketing and scheduling to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing insightful periodic performance reports.
  • Providing necessary and required data for executive planning.
  • Forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining an amazing team culture.
  • Building and refining training materials.
  • Empowering Supervisors as a leader to make a successor.
  • Planning and budgeting headcounts for cost management and reporting to business lines.
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees


Requirements:

  • Having at least one experience of leading customer services team as a customer service manager or senior manager 
  • Strong knowledge of customer services metrics
  • Hands-on ability on data analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Proven background on scaled team leadership
  • Proven experience on work in an agile environment
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Having a systematic and holistic approach to planning and tracking
  • Taking responsibility and being responsive to relevant issues (Ownership view)
  • Proficient in contact center equipment/software programs
