- Planning in order to present the required services to customers.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecasts data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Serves as a liaison between the service providers ,merchants and Internal stakeholders in live issues.
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers, acquiring their needs and translating operational issues to product Requirements (development or improvement)
- Service administration to make sure all services are working as SLA also other contents of contract including profit and loss.
- Supervision, guidance, and control of the procedures. -Supervises deliverable to ensure accuracy.
- Effective monitoring to make sure detecting any anomalies in services and decrease bad effects on customers.
- Make sure root of all customer complains will be traced and discovered.
- Supervise, Review and approve content of the report to Submit to related stakeholders.
- Account balance clearly on the basis of the company's procedure - Providing data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports.
- Ability to work in shift and on call
- Ability to run queries that capture evidence in an objective manner.
- Ability to accurately analyze data and assess systems to identify root causes of low performance.
- Knowledge of systematic planning practices and service quality evaluation.
- Oral communication skills that engage supervising internally and negotiating with external stakeholders.
- Familiar with Financial concepts.
- Familiar with payment Industry (Shaparak, Shetab Processes)
