استخدام Seller Support Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sellers who utilize Digikala's advertising services to promote their products. You will act as the primary point of contact for these sellers, assisting them with their advertising needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience using our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sellers using Digikala’s Ad Service, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist sellers in setting up, optimizing, and monitoring their advertising campaigns to ensure they meet their sales objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the ad platform, collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems effectively.
  • Provide sellers with regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve their campaign effectiveness.
  • Educate sellers on best practices for using Digikala’s ad services, including how to maximize their return on investment.
  • Gather and document seller feedback to help improve Digikala’s ad services and enhance overall user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, and IT to ensure a seamless seller experience.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or digital advertising environment.
  • Skills: 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. 
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
    • Familiarity with online advertising tools and platforms is a plus. 
    • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. 
    • Fluent in English and Persian.
