استخدام B2B) Operation Coordinator)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order & Inventory Management
    • Process and track B2B orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
    • Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain stock levels.
    • Monitor order discrepancies, returns, and replacements.
  2. Client Relationship & Support
    • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients regarding order status, invoicing, and general inquiries.
    • Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.
  3. Operations & Process Coordination
    • Streamline and optimize B2B operational workflows for efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
  4. Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and client information.
    • Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
    • Identify trends and provide insights for business improvements.
  5. Logistics & Supply Chain Support
    • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping and distribution.
    • Monitor and improve delivery timelines, reducing delays and operational bottlenecks.
    • Ensure proper documentation for international and domestic shipments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B operations, logistics, supply chain, or account management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
    • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, procurement, or logistics tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
