JOB PURPOSE
- C&B Managers works with hiring managers, recruiters, and other Human Resources personnel to ensure that job offers are both based on market rate and have internal equity
- C&B Managers must evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for that job.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
- Analyse wage and salary reports, create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program that is industry specific and aligns with organizational objectives.
- Achieves HR financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
- Designs compensation and benefits services and strategies, makes recommendations, and prepares proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional need and/or governmental changes.
- Identify, select and participate in compensation surveys to analyse the company's competitive market position for each in-country location.
- Reviews and develops new programs and/or existing plans to enhance retention and reduce unwanted turnover, while analysing cost and make recommendations on cost sharing.
Competencies
- Professional knowledge of Iran labour law regulations
- Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure
- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work
- Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests and provide quality advice
- Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
- Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyse data
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in management fields preferably in HR
- Over 5+ year’s relevant experience in HR compensation and benefit with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
