We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping, planning, and delivering product initiatives that drive meaningful impact for retailers and internal teams.
You will work closely with designers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex, operationally constrained problems into clear product decisions and shippable solutions. This role is well-suited for someone who combines strong execution skills with sound product judgment and is comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end product initiatives, from problem discovery and prioritization to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Define clear product requirements and write structured product documentation (e.g., PRDs) to guide execution.
• Define success metrics and measurement plans, and use insights to evaluate impact and inform trade-offs.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and researchers to ensure user needs remain central throughout discovery and delivery.
• Work with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and ship high-quality product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making across product, engineering, data, and business teams—especially when priorities conflict.
• Bring clarity to complex and ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into executable plans.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve product quality, usability, and overall impact.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on digital products.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Prior exposure to B2C environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to own and deliver product initiatives end-to-end, with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong product judgment, with the ability to define priorities, make trade-offs, and move teams forward under ambiguity.
• Solid analytical and data-informed decision-making skills, including defining KPIs and evaluating results.
• Ability to write clear, structured product documentation.
• Experience working closely with design and research to build user-centered solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and focused on delivering real impact.
