Responsibilities
- Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
- Communicating with HR manager to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Onboarding new hires
- Recognizing future hiring requirements and improving job descriptions and specifications
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Research best practices on people and performance and design solutions to meet current and future needs of organization Maintain employee records
- provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training courses
- Organize company events
Requirements
- Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Reporting Ability
- Advanced English skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
