شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

  • Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
  • Communicating with HR manager to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Recognizing future hiring requirements and improving job descriptions and specifications
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs 
  • Research best practices on people and performance and design solutions to meet current and future needs of organization Maintain employee records
  • provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training courses
  • Organize company events
Requirements


  • Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Reporting Ability
  • Advanced English skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
