This is a full-time remote job, with 173 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform.

Job Description:
As an SEO Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic to our website. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience. Your primary focus will be on optimizing website content, blog posts, social media content, and other digital assets to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for target keywords.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for website pages, blog posts, articles, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide recommendations for website optimization based on SEO insights and data analysis.
  • Work closely with the web development team to implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:

  • Advanced level of English to speak with English colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Content Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and ChatGPT.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in SEO or content marketing (e.g., Google Analytics certification) are a plus.
