شرح موقعیت شغلی

VArgo SEO Agency is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior SEO Expert.
You should be really good at doing SEO in a teamwork manner.
Full proficiency in English is a must.

Role Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Identify and leverage SEO opportunities for both clients' and VArgo's websites.
SEO Planning: Outline and define SEO goals and the process to achieve them.
Team Coordination: Ensure alignment of the team with SEO objectives and delegate tasks accordingly.
Team Training: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to streamline SEO efforts.
SEO Implementation: Consistently execute SEO enhancements to improve website rankings and visibility.

Compensation and Position Details:
Salary: Starting from 200,000 Tomans per hour.
Employment Type: Hourly, 30 hour per week, remote.
Contract Duration: Initial 1-month trial period.
Flexibility: Flexible days off to ensure work-life balance.
Work Environment: Engage in international SEO projects, facing diverse challenges.
Resources: Access to a premium suite of SEO tools.
Training: Access to private and advanced SEO training lessons.

Communication: Very good communication skills, ensuring seamless interaction within the team.

Technical Skills Requirement:
Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English, reading and writing.
Technological Savvy: Experience with AI chatbots and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
SEO Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of all facets of SEO.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing various SEO tools for optimal performance.
Problem-Solving: Ability to learn quickly and devise solutions to complex challenges.
