Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking) to proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the interview process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and advise on recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand to potential candidates, ensuring that we attract top-tier talent and remain competitive in the job market.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing updates, and offering feedback in a timely manner.
- Offer Management: Extend offers and manage the negotiation process with selected candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Work under PST time zone (Based in Vancouver, Canada time zone)
This is a full-time remote job, with 174 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform.
