Job Description

 
We are looking for an innovative and experienced (Technical) Product Manager, who leads a team of project developers and designers and are responsible for managing all aspects of an organization’s technical projects from initiation to completion. You play a critical role in working with cross-functional teams for developing new products. You are highly required to design the timelines and scope of the current project including resourcing. You will schedule to ensure everything continues smoothly and perform general testing (user testing and code testing) to guarantee the products operate as expected.

Requirements:

·        3 + years experience working as a Business Analyst, software analyst, Product Owner or equivalent work experience

·        Having the strong capability in communicating the results of analysis to business and development team and state the results very clearly
·        Strong structural thinking
·        Understanding of software design principles, tools and technologies
·        Familiar with web applications development, DDD, and micro service architecture.
·        Excellent writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities:
 
 
·        Working with product stakeholders to create and maintain a roadmap and a backlog of user stories as well as participate in quarterly business reviews and implementation retrospectives
·        Leading release planning efforts including release schedule, grooming, cutover/deployment readiness, and document reviews
·        Participating in planning and execution including daily stand-ups, weekly business reviews
·        Communicating product criteria and requirement with technical team.
·        Answering incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
·        Contributing ideas to product development initiatives 
·        Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact
·        Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development 
·        Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high quality work on tight schedules
·        Project management – prioritizing, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments  
·        Contributing ideas to product development initiatives.
·        Planning and managing product development stages.
·        Collaborating with system engineers and software architects.
·        Reporting product development progress to senior managers.
·        Interviews and recruitment to recruit the required (technical) staff
·        Overseeing product deployment and integration.
·        Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
·        Evaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
·        Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Under the agreement, your monthly salary will be paid to the highest amount and your salary will be paid in dollars
