شرح موقعیت شغلی

In Catod we are working on an e-reader, an online ticketing service, a cloud service and more. We built them by understanding the needs of users and customers for being better than anyone else. Join us and you’ll make dozens(or millions! who knows?) of happy users. We are looking for a passionate product manager to join Catod’s Product team. 
Your responsibility requires you to building innovative products and evangelizing the critical importance of the cycle of designing, testing, learning, and iterating to unlocking core product growth. You will evaluate the competitive landscape and look for opportunities to innovate.


Responsibilities

  • Create a product roadmap and work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver new products and feature enhancements.
  • Manage products from concept to launch delivering features iteratively to solve the business challenges.
  • Be data-driven and use data to decide on the best opportunities that deliver the most impactful business results.
  • Work with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders from Sales, Service, and management.
  • Define new workflows and create solutions to solve various internal needs across all business units.
  • Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development or program management.
  • Be able to connect the dots and convert learnings into tangible user-focused solutions.
  • Lead product ideation, requirements, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training, and rollout.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision.
  • Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data.
  • Tenacity and ample leadership experience enabling you to lead, influence and organize complex, multi-quarter projects.
