Job Purpose
The Sales Support Manager at Khodro45 is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of all activities related to after-sales support. This position plays a key role in optimizing processes and coordinating efforts across multiple teams, including Support, Legal, Claims, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee After-Sales Operations:
Ensure that all after-sales processes are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. - Team Management:
Lead and manage the Support, Legal, Claims, and Logistics teams, providing direction, training, and support to achieve operational goals. - Process Optimization:
Analyze and refine after-sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost management. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of after-sales activities. - Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or operations management role, preferably within the automotive or similar industry. - Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
