Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative LLM (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering Specialist to join our team. This role involves working on the forefront of AI technology, developing and fine-tuning intelligent systems that aid in automating client processes and supporting customer service operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Excel in prompt engineering, ensuring optimal interaction and response generation from AI models.
  • Design, develop, evaluate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.
  • Conduct research and development in AI agents, contributing to advancements in generative AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, especially in generative models and NLP.
Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of deep learning and natural language processing concepts is a must.
  • Capability to fine-tune various models of LLMs to suit specific use cases.
  • Experience in working with LLMs, with a strong skillset in prompt engineering.
  • Proven track record in conducting R&D in AI agents.
  • Familiarity with generative AI techniques and their practical applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of experience in python programming.
  • 2-3 years of experience in AI, NLP and generative AI.
  • Demonstrable experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies.
