استخدام (Human Resources Partner (Payroll and Benefits

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist oversees companywide payroll and benefits responsibilities. They manage payroll end to end and ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll tasks in compliance with government regulations. They oversee the administration of all benefits at the company, including employee enrollment, vendor relationships, and troubleshooting.

They have a broad knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources, as well as general administrative capabilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of Payroll and Benefits operations. To succeed in this role, they are familiar with using Payroll and HR software and tools. They contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results for the HR team and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily payroll data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage workflow, including quarterly bonuses, to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Import time and attendance processing and upload to payroll
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Maintain compliance with local tax laws
  • Partner with HR and Finance in aligning and implementing a more sophisticated and streamlined payroll process
  • Support employees when they have questions about their benefits or need to change or update their information
  • Organize the annual process of reviewing and/or updating our benefit packages, vendors, and offerings
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. 
  • Extensive knowledge of local payroll, wage, and work laws, and best practices
  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience with payroll taxation and social security
  • 3+ years of Human Resources administration experience, with a focus on benefits and HR operations administration preferred. 
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle large quantities of data, data conversion, and charting preferred.
  • Experience with Payroll/HCM systems preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. 
  • Experience with budgeting and cost management,
  • Analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity while driving work to completion
