As a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Bitium, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales & Marketing Department and the broader team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition to administrative tasks, you will be responsible for submitting project proposals using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
- Updating and maintaining databases and sheets
- Conducting different forms of data gathering on different required topics
- Utilize AI tools to generate project proposals and submit them via various lists of jobs.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, like email marketing, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members, including the CEO, Co-CEO, and CTO, to provide support with similar tasks as needed.
- Help in the preparation of sales presentations, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office, and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience using AI tools and familiarity with the Blockchain ecosystem is a plus, but a deep curiosity for technology is essential.
