Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of our trading products. This role works closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams, with the goal of improving trading experience, and driving growth in key trading metrics

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of trading products (OTC trading, Wallet, and related tools and features)
  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Analyze trader behavior and identify friction points across the trading funnel
  • Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and design teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and usage scenarios
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as trading volume, conversion, retention, and latency
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, and risk
  • Coordinate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and operational requirements are met
  • Run A/B tests and make data-driven product decisions
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2C products (fintech or crypto exchange preferred).
  • Strong understanding of trading concepts, order types, and trader behavior.
  • Strong data fluency: defining KPIs, leveraging analytics tools, and turning insights into action.
  • Hands-on experience with backlog management (Jira or similar) and rapid MVP iteration.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and a relentless user-centric mindset; ability to partner closely with designers to craft addictive experiences.
  • Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and handle tough prioritization
