We’re looking for a Product Manager with both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills to lead products from concept to launch. This role is ideal for someone who can balance user needs with business goals, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring the product meets user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Continuously improve the product by gathering user feedback, conducting testing, and implementing iterative updates.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure the product is optimized for performance and user engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on fintech.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, define KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a user-centric mindset
