Job Description:
As a Knowledge Management Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and supervise the Knowledge Management team and unit knowledge leaders
- Develop and execute knowledge management strategies
- Promote a knowledge-sharing culture and enable organizational learning
- Oversee knowledge systems, platforms, and process maturity
- Collaborate with universities, research centers, and R&D institutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in knowledge management and team leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Ability to align knowledge initiatives with organizational strategy
