Responsibilities
- Reviews resumes, advertising responses, and employment applications. Conducts interviews and screens applicants for both technical and behavioral competence.
- Acts as an internal consultant for line management regarding employment matters.
- Gathers prepares, and analyzes various employment data related to advertising effectiveness, minority employment, recruiting campaigns, and other related items as needed.
- Develops advertising campaigns, determines ad placement, and coordinates advertising schedules in appropriate media.
Requirements
- Being motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thought leader with creative solutions to make an immediate impact
- Ability to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, rapidly-changing environment
- Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management
- Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting
