About Job:

Join our team as a Senior Product Desinger and play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our new AI product. We're focused on creating seamless user journeys that captivate users from their first interaction through to habit formation. Utilizing data-driven behavioral design, we aim to deliver experiences that not only meet user needs but also drive business growth. This role presents a strategic opportunity to make a significant impact on our new product's success.


Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the user, driving a holistic UX and product vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products, working closely with engineers from concept to implementation.
  • Maintain a balance of speed and attention to detail, iterating on designs as necessary.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B tests, and data analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to drive design vision and solve user experience challenges.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile app design best practices.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Experience working with and building design systems.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of web development principles is a plus.
