Job Description
● Coordinate scheduling, processing, and trafficking of advertising projects and other creative projects.
● Serve as a liaison between clients, outside vendors, and agency departments, to coordinate efficient and timely creative project processing.
● Create project schedules and job estimates.
● Maintain records of action and workflow on projects, and route projects for approval.

● Flexible and a team player.
● Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize.
● Keeps calm under pressure and a high-volume workload while adhering to deadlines.
● Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and data entry.
● 0-3 years of experience, preferably in a media or advertising company, specifically, in areas such as traffic, inventory management, and/or research.
