Job Description
we are looking for a senior HR specialist to identify and support HR-related needs and demands.
Role description:
- Perform all HR tasks including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
- Perform all recruitment tasks including advertisements, screening, coordinating interviews, and result announcements.
- Provide and update HR databases.
- Maintain employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents.
- Support broader HR projects when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR fields.
- Familiarity with mentoring skills and establishing effective communication.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in training and development processes.
- Strong knowledge of English and MS Office.
