استخدام Senior HR Specialist

Job Description

 we are looking for a senior HR specialist to identify and support HR-related needs and demands.

 

Role description:

  • Perform all HR tasks including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  •  Perform all recruitment tasks including advertisements, screening, coordinating interviews, and result announcements.
  •  Provide and update HR databases.
  •  Maintain employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents.
  •  Support broader HR projects when necessary.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  •  At least 3 years of experience in HR fields.
  •  Familiarity with mentoring skills and establishing effective communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in training and development processes.
  • Strong knowledge of English and MS Office.
