Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Maintenance: Provide daily support for the Microsoft CRM system, ensuring efficient operation and addressing user inquiries.
- Workflow Creation: Design and implement CRM workflows to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency
- User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the CRM system.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the CRM system. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports and conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating troubleshooting flowcharts and training guides.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques.
- Understanding of effective end-user support strategies.
