استخدام Microsoft CRM Assistant

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and Maintenance: Provide daily support for the Microsoft CRM system, ensuring efficient operation and addressing user inquiries.
  2. Workflow Creation: Design and implement CRM workflows to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency
  3. User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the CRM system.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the CRM system. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports and conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
  6. Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating troubleshooting flowcharts and training guides.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques.
  • Understanding of effective end-user support strategies.
