Product Owner – SeaMaster (Maritime Software)

SeaMaster is a maritime management platform developed in two environments — Windows and Web — operating on the same operational and commercial business workflows for ship owners and operators.
We are looking for a Product Owner who will fully own the product lifecycle — from roadmap definition to implementation execution — ensuring consistent product logic, development planning, and quality control across both platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for both Windows and Web platforms
- Take responsibility for product implementation roadmap and supervision on implementation team
- Ensure a single unified business workflow is correctly implemented across both systems
- Define feature scope, write user stories, and specify expected system behavior
- Translate operational and commercial workflows into structured product logic
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee developer tasks aligned with roadmap milestones
- Coordinate testing, debugging, and validation in Stage environment
- Approve features before release to Production
- Conduct competitive research and product R&D to monitor market solutions and identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with developers to maintain architectural and workflow consistency between platforms

Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Owner or similar role in software development
- Strong understanding of full software lifecycle (Development → Stage → Production)
- Demonstrated experience owning product implementation and roadmap delivery
- Ability to translate business processes into structured product logic
- Experience working closely with technical teams
- Maritime experience is an advantage
