Responsibilities:


  • Headhunt specialists through Linkedin
  • Coordinate with head of recruiting to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Requirements


  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Have basic knowledge about Technology job positions
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
