شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:
Aron Market is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support in both support and finance teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of customer support principles and sufficient knowledge of accounting, with the ability to accurately record transactions, track and analyze financial data, and provide accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage customer transactions.
  • Provide technical support and monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service.
  • Address customer financial inquiries and maintain and update financial records in the CRM system.
  • Analyze financial data and provide accurate related reports.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in English (at least 70%).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Better to have:

  • Sufficient knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, computer science, or related fields.
  • Work experience in social media administration is an advantage.
  • Experience in the brokerage and financial industry, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software, is an advantage.

Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Working Hours: 9 hours in rotating shifts (6 days a week)
