- Conducting the recruitment process for various positions
- Preparing tests and conducting other skill assessments for job seekers
- Creating job advertisements
- Monitoring recruitment channels daily, such as websites and social networks like LinkedIn
- Reviewing resumes and entering them into automation
- Categorizing and recording information
- Following up on the results of specialized interviews
Skills required for this position include:
- Proficiency in recruitment and hiring principles and processes
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Work experience in startup companies in the field of information technology
