Position: Virtual Assistant

About AI Ekip

AI Ekip is an AI-driven agency specializing in automation, AI integrations, and SaaS solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, LinkedIn engagement, content creation, and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Engagement
    • Create, schedule, and post engaging LinkedIn content.
    • Monitor LinkedIn activity, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
    • Identify and interact with relevant industry professionals and job seekers.
  • Email Management
    • Monitor and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
    • Organize inboxes, categorize emails, and set up automated responses when needed.
    • Follow up on important communications and ensure timely responses.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain organized records and spreadsheets in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Prepare reports, track tasks, and update schedules.
    • Conduct basic research when required.
  • Content & Communication
    • Assist in drafting and proofreading LinkedIn posts, emails, and documents.
    • Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
    • Handle basic customer or client inquiries as directed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn engagement, posts, and interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for organizing data.
  • Strong email etiquette and experience in email handling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, marketing, or SaaS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Zoho Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
  • Experience in content writing or proofreading.
