We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department and play a crucial role in attracting top talent for a range of positions, from entry-level staff to managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from worker staff to managers, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
- Interview and Assessment: Design and implement interview techniques, including behavioral, technical, and trend-based methods to assess candidate fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on the talent market.
- Data-Driven Insights: Prepare detailed reports on hiring metrics, trends, and recruitment effectiveness. Analyze and interpret data to continuously improve the hiring process.
- ATS Management: Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth workflows, candidate pipeline management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: experienced in talent acquisition or recruitment, with exposure to both worker staff and managerial-level hiring.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, report preparation, and HR software (e.g., ATS systems). Familiarity with new interview trends and digital assessment tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
