Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of complex financial products. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage intricate product requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth

Responsibilities

Define and execute data-driven product strategies aligned with company goals

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes for growth opportunities

Leverage data to validate ideas, prioritize initiatives, and guide decision-making

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define requirements and user stories

Address dependencies across teams and systems for seamless product integration

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize product success

Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement based on analytics

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Four+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or technology-driven sectors

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders

Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with fintech regulations, APIs, and developer platforms
