About the role:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our growing team and lead the development of our next-generation Credit Core Infrastructure. This infrastructure software will empower businesses to manage and process complex credit operations seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with product leadership to define the product vision and roadmap for the Credit Core Infrastructure.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications for the credit infrastructure.
· Lead the technical product backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring features align with business goals.
· Manage the development process, ensuring features are delivered on time and within budget.
· Champion best practices in software development methodologies.
· Work closely with security engineers to implement robust security measures for the credit infrastructure.
· Oversee system integrations with various credit bureaus, processors, and other financial systems.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation for the product.
· Track product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement within the credit operations.
· Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies relevant to the credit management landscape.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in technical product management or a related field.
· Proven experience in bringing infrastructure software products to market.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
· Experience working in a cross-functional product development environment.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
· Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in fintech industry (a plus).
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
