شرح موقعیت شغلی

FaraDars is looking for an entry-level, Associate Product Manager to join our team in our Tehran office. The Associate Product Manager will manage the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end.


Responsibilities:

  • The Associate Product Manager will assist the category director to identify, strategize and execute against the product marketing roadmap and help drive incremental profitable product/sales opportunities for the assigned categories; 
  • Review market data and complete an informative analysis of findings;
  • Draft and distribute product briefs to ensure the smooth introduction of each new release;
  • Work with clients to understand their unique needs;
  • Capture and share client feedback with the team to best investigate ways to create a solution;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality are meeting market needs in new and innovative ways;
  • Report the success of the products and strategize improvements needed;
  • Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, and planning;
  • Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree required; graduate degree preferred;
  • 2+ years of product management experience;
  • Experience with agile software development;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Technical literacy or an interest in developing it;
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines;
  • Have worked cross-functionally to drive projects to successful delivery;
  • Have a passion for Faradars’ mission.
