We are looking for an experienced Operations Analytics Supervisor to lead our analytics and process analysi activities supporting operational performance and business decision-making. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, ensure high-quality analytical outputs, drive root-cause analysis, and transform operational data into actionable insights that improve processes and performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and prioritize the analytics and process analysis workload based on business needs
  • Manage and coach analysts to deliver accurate, consistent, and decision-ready insights.
  • Review and improve dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and analytical methodologies.
  • Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify operational trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes through data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure quality standards and consistency across recurring reports and insight products.
  • Highlight systemic issues and data-quality risks, providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, Business Intelligence,
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting.
  • Analytical Quality Management

  • Ability to combine analytical thinking with process improvement methodologies.
