We are looking for an experienced Operations Analytics Supervisor to lead our analytics and process analysi activities supporting operational performance and business decision-making. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, ensure high-quality analytical outputs, drive root-cause analysis, and transform operational data into actionable insights that improve processes and performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead and prioritize the analytics and process analysis workload based on business needs
Manage and coach analysts to deliver accurate, consistent, and decision-ready insights.
Review and improve dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and analytical methodologies.
Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
Identify operational trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes through data-driven analysis.
Ensure quality standards and consistency across recurring reports and insight products.
Highlight systemic issues and data-quality risks, providing evidence-based recommendations.
Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, Business Intelligence,
Strong knowledge of data analysis, KPI development, and performance reporting.
Analytical Quality Management
Team Leadership & Coaching
KPI Development and Performance Measurement
Ability to combine analytical thinking with process improvement methodologies.
